AWOKE RECENTLY HEARING THE VOICE OF THE SPIRIT SAYING: "It's time to destroy every evil work and It begins with throwing off all weights & excessive baggage" (Hebrews 12.1-2)
We must travel light, undistracted, eyes on Jesus. When your eyes are on Him, you are walking with Him, His yoke is easy & His burden is light and you're walking in identity, purpose, empowerment & rest. Distraction empowers demonic cycles. Distraction is the slow incremental death of a vision. Distraction is the slow incremental diminishing of the presence in your life. God wants the weight of His glory to come upon you. satan wants the weight of his oppression to come upon you, so that you walk in confusion so that your days are evil, fruitless, and full of frustration, so you give up and blame God.
There are many, in these days of deception, who through lack of wisdom, lack of the fear of the Lord, rebellion, stubbornness & pride refuse to heed His voice, refuse His reconciliation & receive His grace in vain. Such ones fall into all kinds of holes, fall ever deeper into the deceitfulness of self. They hijack their own progress. Their show of 'crying out to God' is that of self-pity, not godly repentance & godly sorrow. This enables them to blame others & blame God.
Failure to obey God, humble ourselves & receive the gift of repentance will lead to swift dealings as God will not allow a charge against Himself to stand. These swift dealings from the Lord will be one last reaching out, one last appeal from Heaven to some 'to repent & break your covenant with death, to refuse death & choose life, that you and your seed may live. Tragically some will harden their hearts further, will be given over to a reprobate mind, and will eternally find themselves as the cowards & unbelievers joining the abominable, the murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars in the lake of fire (Revelation 21.8)
Beloveds this is the time to prepare, to throw of weights. Demonic weight progresses to the entanglement of sin. Sin conceived brings forth death in its manifestations.
This is the time, for some to cry out echoing the words of the Apostle Paul:
O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? [25] I thank God-through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin. Romans 7.24-25
This is the time for others to intercede & pray with grace, compassion & fervency for others who are distracted, weighed down & oppressed & even entangled in sin. This could be fellow believers or close family members. Do so, with grace, compassion and tears for we ourselves stand only in His grace.
And on some have compassion, making a distinction; [23] but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh. Jude 1.22-23
These are very serious times we are living in. We have a grace period now, so as to lose weights, and get free from entanglements before the next round of shakings to come. Those who do not lose the weights are in great danger of falling away.
There are so few in the body of Christ putting out the cry of truth. There are leaders afraid to lose reputation, to lose connections, to lose invitations, to lose their followers; and by extension to lose financial security. The coming of the Lord is not good PR for them & having been blinded by this world's spirit, its methods of 'business management, charity fundraising, marketing growth strategy, communication skills & entertainment, their altar have been left desolate, their lampstand about to be removed. They no longer serve His bride or hear His Spirit, for if they did, they would have within themselves the cry "Maranatha, come Lord Jesus".
But still within this short grace period, there is the voice of the bridegroom to them saying "turn and I will heal you, I will your life
But as in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the son of man. Noah was a preacher of righteousness. He showed forth God's plain righteousness, way of repentance, faith, and clear deliverance, from the coming judgment, within the ark, which was a form of Christ. Many dismissed, mocked, and scorned just like many in these end times dismiss the very soon return of Jesus. The day will soon come when the door will close and those who have heeded the voice of truth shall, as the ark was, be lifted up above the coming judgment.
Note this: Those who are obedient will be His remnant, His glorious bride, His Glory filled Bride. The remnant will be mobilised, delivered from ineffectiveness, from being neutered to go forth as an army in His power to see the final great outpouring of the Spirit and end-time harvest of souls. This harvest of souls will see many unlikely ones enter the Kingdom, and be wonderfully saved and this will settle an important aspect of God's justice: The first will be last and the last will be first.
